It greatly reduces the administrative overhead of managing IP addresses manually for all the clients and servers.Windows DHCP server is capable of providing below mentioned network configuration components to the client.
• IP Address
• Subnet Mask
• Gateway
• WINS-Primary/Secondary
• DNS-Primary/Secondary
